When will my order ship?

Orders placed on ArdellLashes.com.ng are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1-3 business days. Orders placed after noon will begin to process the next business day. (Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding holidays). Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will not be processed until the following Monday. Shipments and deliveries only occur on weekdays. Shipping and delivery are subject to change and will be determined at the time of order.

You will get a shipment notification email with a tracking number as soon as your package ships from SendBox.co!

How much will it cost to ship my order?

Shipping is calculated by location and total weight of the package, shipping cost is automatically calculated when you add items to the shopping cart and input your location.
We ship across Nigeria via a shipping partner and do not handle the logistics of shipping in-house. Ardell is not responsible for delays in shipping or delivery that are outside of our control. In no event shall Ardell be responsible for incidental or consequential damages.

Does Ardell ship internationally?

We currently do not ship outside Nigeria due to constant shipping cost surges that are astronomical. If you want some items shipped to you, feel free to contact us directly and we will do our best to find updated options.

How long will I have to wait for my goodies?

Transit times are typically 2 to 5 business days within Southwest Nigeria & up to 15 days for other parts of the country
  • Orders are shipped via SendBox.co and in some rare cases, DHL, and GIGM
  • Business days do not include weekends and/or holidays.
  • Generally, orders shipped internationally are in transit for 4 – 22 days. This varies greatly depending on the shipping companies.
